Technical Requirements for ARIMGSAS Video Conferenece
To use ARIMGSAS’s Video Conference feature, your computer should meet the following minimum requirements:
Bandwidth
1 mbps down and 0.5 mbps up
Ports
If you’re using video conferencing over a corporate network, your network administrator should ensure that it has ports 80 and 443 open. For the best voice and video quality, we also strongly recommend allowing UDP over any port.

PC Minimum Requirements
2 GHz dual core or quad core processor
At least 4gb of RAM.

Skype:
- Click on Tools then Options on the menu at the top
- Under General Settings, ensure the correct camera is chosen under “Video Settings”
- Under Audio settings, ensure the correct microphone and speakers are chosen.
NOTE: Ensure “Automatically Adjust Microphone Settings” and “Automatically Adjust Speaker Settings” are NOT chosen as this will allow the computer to turn the microphone down if it detects a noise at the Skype users end.
Blue Jeans Network:
If this is your first conference accept the BlueJeans plugin, and choose “Browser” when asked how you are connecting. For more instructions click here

Arimgsas are in the process of installing cameras in rooms to allow people to connect without the need for Skype, Bluejeans or any other software. By simply clicking on a link below, you can connect to the room you have registered with.
Email admin to apply for a password.
